His career started in the control centre, at the heart of the electricity grid. Today, as a Product Owner, he develops digital solutions that support the electricity market. Throughout his career, one thing has remained the same: turning complex challenges into solutions that work.

Over the years, Thomas has witnessed both the energy sector and Elia evolve dramatically. From paper files and desk phones to digital platforms, European collaboration and innovative IT solutions. He contributed to the integration of the European electricity market and now helps develop digital tools that support a reliable and stable electricity grid.
For Thomas, his job is about more than technology. It’s about collaboration.
