Finance
As an HR professional at Elia, you help make a real difference for all our employees. You support colleagues throughout their entire career journey, from recruitment and onboarding to growth opportunities through talent management and the Elia Academy. You help shape a modern compensation policy, attractive benefits, and a healthy work life balance. Within HR, you can specialize in areas such as recruitment and selection, payroll, compensation and benefits, learning and development, or work as an HR Business Partner, always making an impact on both people and the organization.
Legal
As a legal counsel at Elia, you support colleagues with a wide range of legal matters that are crucial to our operations. You deal with areas such as energy and regulatory law, competition law, public and environmental law, as well as contract law and procurement procedures. You can also focus on Regulatory & Public Affairs, where you help facilitate dialogue with regulators, policymakers, and societal stakeholders. You contribute to drafting agreements such as NDAs, follow up on judicial and extrajudicial procedures, and translate legislation into practical guidelines. As part of the Legal team, you work at the intersection of business and regulation, with visible impact on the energy transition.
HR

Communication
As a communications professional at Elia, you contribute to both the internal and external visibility of our organization. Within the team, you can specialize in digital communication (managing tools, website, intranet), internal communication (campaigns, Elia TV, events, intranet content), external communication (press, social media, corporate publications), or project communication (informing local residents and stakeholders about infrastructure projects). You translate complex projects into clear messages and always choose the right channel to make an impact, for colleagues, partners, and the wider public.
Safety & security
As a member of the Safety and Security team at Elia, you actively help protect people, infrastructure, and information. You will join a multidisciplinary team responsible for physical security, risk management, incident follow up, governance, and safety culture. Whether you focus on patrols, access control, policy development, or awareness, you contribute every day to the safety of colleagues, partners, and the grid. In a context of critical infrastructure, your work carries essential value for society.
Support functions
Within the support functions, you contribute to our technical and strategic projects behind the scenes, but with visible impact. You can take on roles such as Program Management Officer (PMO), Operational Project Assistant (OPA), Portfolio Analyst, or File Administrator, where you help coordinate processes, handle reporting, monitor risks, and manage project files. You are analytical, structured, and work closely with project teams to help build the energy projects of tomorrow.
