Which corporate role fits you?
Finance
You support Elia’s strategy and investments through financial management, controlling, accounting, procurement or financing. You work cost‑efficiently, maintain external relationships and contribute to sustainable projects in the energy transition.
Legal
As a legal expert you advise colleagues on energy, competition and environmental law, contracts and tenders. You also support Regulatory & Public Affairs and translate legislation into practical guidelines, impacting Elia’s operations and the energy transition.
HR
You guide employees throughout their career, from recruitment to development. You work on salary policy, benefits and well‑being. Within HR you can specialise in recruitment, payroll, learning & development or as an HR Business Partner.
Communication
You strengthen Elia’s visibility through internal and external communication. You specialise in digital tools, campaigns, press, social media or project communication. You translate complex information into clear messages for various target groups.
Safety & security
You protect people, infrastructure and information. You work on surveillance, risk management, incident follow‑up and safety culture. Your efforts are crucial for safety in a context of critical infrastructure.
Support functions
You support projects behind the scenes as Program Management Officer (PMO), Operational Project Assistant (OPA), Portfolio Analyst or Dossier Manager. You coordinate processes, monitor risks and handle reporting, making a direct impact on Elia’s energy projects.
